The map at maps.axiavaluers.com is a free service by AXIA Chartered Surveyors. Before you use it, it is worth knowing what it is — and what it is not.

Use at your own risk
Everything you see on the map is reproduced from the public online services of the Department of Lands and Surveys and other government bodies of the Republic of Cyprus, and is shown exactly as those bodies publish it. It is not an official certificate, and no warranty is given as to its accuracy, completeness or currency.
Parcel boundaries drawn on the map are indicative and are not a survey; where a boundary actually runs on the ground can be established only by an official survey.
Use of the map and of this site is entirely at your own risk. No decision — buying, selling, building, financing or any other property decision — should be taken on the basis of this site alone: consult a registered valuer or the competent authority.
What the service is
The map displays cadastral, planning, geological and hydrological data reproduced from the public online services of government departments of the Republic of Cyprus — among them the Department of Lands and Surveys, the Water Development Department, the Department of Town Planning and Housing and the Geological Survey Department. The data belong to the respective departments and are shown on the map together with their source.
Not an official certificate
The information is provided “as is”, for general information purposes. It is not an official search certificate, a copy of a registration or any other official attestation, and no warranty is given as to its accuracy, completeness or currency — the data may contain errors or may not reflect the most recent changes.
For official information, contact the Department of Lands and Surveys and its portal, eservices.dls.moi.gov.cy. The boundaries you see are a digital rendering of the cadastral plan; establishing exactly where they run on the ground requires an official survey by the Department or by a registered surveyor.
General Valuation figures
Where “General Valuation” figures appear, they are the values the Land Registry publishes for taxation purposes. They are indicative; they are not an estimate of market value — by AXIA or by anyone else — and must not be read as one.
Personal data and privacy
The service stores no personal data. Your searches are processed transiently, only to return the result to you — they are not recorded against a user profile and are not linked to your identity. KML/KMZ files you upload are parsed entirely inside your browser and are not sent anywhere — they never leave your device.
For traffic measurement we use anonymous, aggregate, cookieless analytics. There are no tracking cookies and no advertising trackers.
Usage limits
The map draws its data from public government infrastructure. To protect it from overload, limits apply to the number of requests per visitor. Automated bulk extraction of data through the service is not permitted.
